- Designed for ages 10 to 14
Write your own Interactive Fiction in Scratch, a free web-based programming language designed by MIT's MediaLab. We will create our own stories, animations, games, music, and art - and share our creations on the web. We'll show you how to download and customize art from the web, or draw your own "from scratch", then tell an epic tale where the reader chooses the protagonist's path to adventure. Advanced students will draw art and animations in the powerful Pixen and Pixelmator, and include mini-game challenges.
